The Idea Behind Nutricionalist
Today, Milena, leads Nutricionalist as her way to serve humanity and give back the wisdom she received through the health journeys of her children Maksim and Antonia.
Founded in January 2024, it has today become a rapidly growing organization that has transformed the lives of hundreds of people.
As passionate health enthusiast, I jumped on the healing caravan in the summer of 2012. Most people become aware of their health issues once it starts to hurt (very much) and the medical community points out to a particular diagnosis.
Instinctively, I changed our diet to plant based overnight, or as it is popular today to label us healthy vegans. Because, you know that coffee, alcohol, chips and sodas can also be vegan, but definitely not healthy.

Your journey to health starts with one conversation
In my family, we have been experimenting with traditional and modern recipes of the plant world for 12 years now, and I can boast of perfection of flavors from the aspect of our Balkan climate and habits in our rich culture.
My recommendations and reviews are based on personal contact (online is also possible) and I would like to recommend to everyone at least one 2-hour introductory course where we will agree on the steps to achieve permanent health.
Our Approach
Nutricionalist Food Philosophy
The first step towards health is understanding what to eat. Why? Because we all eat every day. Well, actually the first step would be to breath clean air, get 8 hours of peaceful sleep and some sun exposure, but that is sort of self-understandable.
Eating healthy does not have to be complicated. It's so simple & easy! All we have to do is stop eating man-made products and get back to nature and how God designed us to eat - fruits, vegetables, greens, sprouts, nuts & seeds.
We cannot stress enough and thoroughly explain the mucusless diet principles (of eating living, wholesome, water-rich, plant-based foods). These food principles come straight from the great masterminds as is Dr. Arnold Ehred, Dr. Max Gerson, Dr. Douglas Graham and Dr. Morse as well as our scriptures - The Bible (as well as the supporting books of Ellen White, Dr. Probst in Germany, Hippocrates Institute in Florida & The Essene Gospel of Peace). They are timeless and applicable for anyone wanting to live a healthy, happy & disease-free life.

5 Levels to Permanent Health
Plant-Based Natural Nutrition
Plant-based natural nutrition (50% cooked, 50% living food) - The vegan diet based on natural and seasonal ingredients.
Transitional Nutrition
Transitional nutrition (30% cooked, 70% living food) - Not more than 6 months. An active adult must consume at least 2000 calories per day.
Living Food
Living food - low fat (80% fresh, 20% dehydrated/dried). Daily menu should contain at least two meals and seeds.
Liquid Nutrition
Liquid nutrition (approximately 2L fresh juice, 2L smoothies, with 4L water). Limited period detox, not long-term nutrition.
Natural Hygiene 80/10/10
Natural Hygiene principles (80% carbohydrates, 10% fats, 10% proteins). Minimum 2L water before 12, single-type meals of 700-800 calories.
Body Periods
12-20h: consuming period • 20-04h: absorption period • 04-12h: elimination period (when water is most needed).

Lymphatic System
Pressure in fluids is the main topic when it comes to the lymphatic system. This is something we learn in physics class and later connect it in chemistry class, even in elementary education.
The pressure is directly dependent on the density of any liquid, including lymph and blood.
